These were samples from a machine during SDCC. Participants were shown how to play the heroes game in English and after completing the tutorial, they were able to take the cards home. These cards are notoriously known for being dented in the corners as the machine dispensed from a height that they fell from.

These were/are the only English heroes cards to ever be printed.
