Here is an extremely rare set from the golden year 1950 that you never see in any condition let alone all complete and original like this one. It is far more scarce that the 1464W Anniversary set from the same year and seldom seen and usually never surfaces with the set box. This is the Lionel postwar passenger set number 2150WS from 1950 only and is a one year set. The set contains the 681 steam turbine locomotive, 2671W Pennsylvania whiste tender, 2421 Maplewood Pullman, 2422 Chatham Pullman, and 2423 Hillside observation car.

It is complete with all the component boxes, box liners, paper wrapping, engine instruction sheet, inspection tag, smoke pellets and tamper, service station booklet, operating Lionel Trains booklet, Lionel track layout booklet, 1950 billboards, USC uncouple track section with instructions, and 8 curve, 5 straight, banded track. The set has light run time in C8 like-new condition and is a beautiful set with great patina. The roofs on the cars are look great and the black stripes are really nice and the silver is nice and bright.

The individual OBs have all flaps attached and are very nice. The set box has all flaps attached and is gracefully aging and is the key component to this set. This set usually never surfaces with the set box and its the only one I ever seen in my 40 years of collecting Lionel Postwar.
